Motivation
Stargate will allow managers another tool for yield farming.
Description
Stargate is a bridging protocol, allowing users to move capital from one chain to another.
For this integration, only providing liquidity for bridge transfers to capture volume fees will be added.
Implementation
Contract guards will be created for Stargate, then deployed after proper testing.
