This proposal is to nominate @Lec as a councilor for the dHEDGE Grants DAO Council (previously EcoDAO).
@Lec is an experienced protocol engineer and DeFi Degen since 2016 with Degen score highest to top 100.
From early 2021, @Lec has started to build dHEDGE V2 and deploy it to OE initially and pivoted to launch on Polygon. He continued to champion the dHEDGE technology and worked out proposals for audits and Hackathon grants for Mask plugin and Open-DeFi.
@Lec is also the founder of ETH2S, a ETH2 staking as service platform that provides pooling for staking and most transparent info. of the validators Ethereum 2.0 Beacon Chain (Phase 0) Block Chain Explorer - Validator 28899 - beaconcha.in - 2021.

Providing strategic and tactical input around key areas such as DAO operations, Governance frameworks and asset management strategies.
