With DMP-1 passing, followed by DMP-2 and DMP-3, dHEDGE now has a formal governance process.
For a vote on https://gov.dhedge.org/#/ to be implemented, they must go through this process.
This had gone into effect starting when DMP-1 through DMP-3 passed, however, posting this reminder, as recently a vote has gone up that did not undergo this process and had no link to a discussion.
